In the event that the customer requests an exchange for any reason any than outlined above, we will consider an exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase provided that all items are unworn and/or are in their original condition with labels/tickets attached or in their original packaging. Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or color, please contact email@example.com to check stock availability and if item happens to be sold out we will discuss issuing you a store credit. This is at the discretion of KALLMEYER NEW YORK.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
