Refund policy

 

Refunds to the original payment method are available for unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. After 7 days, we accept exchanges or returns for store credit, less shipping. Store credit does not expire. No refunds, returns, or exchanges beyond 30 days. 

For items purchased in-store, returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return by mail for an in-store purchase, please contact us at shop@kallmeyer.nyc for further assistance.

All sale items are eligible for store credit or size exchange only.

Return Requirements

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In-store returns must also be authorized by email. Packages returned without record or prior authorization will not be accepted.

International Orders

All international sales are final sale. To ensure we find your perfect fit, please contact us with any questions at shop@kallmeyer.nyc.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one. Size exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return.

Refund Processing

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $15 restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shop@kallmeyer.nyc.
